On Easter Sunday, March 23rd, at 10:00 PM EST / PST, VH1 Classic and VH1 will present VH1 Classic Presents: Aftermath: The Station Fire Five Years Later, a one-hour special of concert highlights from the benefit concert that was held on February 25, 2008 in Providence, Rhode Island. The concert marked the anniversary of the tragic fire at the Station Nightclub in Rhode Island, which was the fourth largest nightclub fire in U.S. history. 100 people lost their lives in the fire with 200 others being seriously injured. 65 children lost one or both parents.

Marc Bonilla served as music director for the concert, which included performances by Stryper with Tom Scholz and Gary Phil of Boston, Tesla, John Rich, Gretchen Wilson, Staind's Aaron Lewis, Winger, Twisted Sister, Kevin Max, Carmine Appice’s SLAM!, Eric Martin of Mr. Big, Danny Seraphine with CTA, Gary Hoey and several others.

In other Stryper news, lead singer Michael Sweet will be hitting the road with Boston on June 6 for the Summer Tour. This will be the first Boston tour since the death of lead singer Brad Delp last year.
