Beautiful Christmas Music

Tuesday December 23, 2008
You would think that after listening to Christmas music for the past two months I would avoid it like the plague, but I just can't help myself! Granted, it was hard to feel "Christmassy" in September when it was still in the 70s here in Georgia, but now it's December, it's cold out and Christmas is only 16 days away. It's the perfect time for Christmas music so I listen to the new stuff, the old stuff and the classics that I just can't seem to get enough of.

While the official Christmas Carol of the Day is "Breath Of Heaven (Mary's Song)" by Point of Grace, I found a Christmas goody today that I simply have to share.

Michael & Carrie Hodge have released a version of "O Come, O Come Emmanuel" (Purchase/Download) on the recently released The Heart of Christmas and it is awe inspiring. A classical voice meets Celtic - stunning!
