New Music Find - Rachel Scott
Rachel Scott is one of those people that I can relate to on several different levels. She is a wife, a mom, and a singer who works with her husband to make their ministry grow.Rachel is also a former Miss Nebraska who has released three CDs, with the last one, Resolution, being her first under the Tent Creative Group out of Oregon.
Did I mention that she is also incredibly talented? With a contemporary pop sound reminiscent of Nichole Nordeman and Joy Williams with a touch of Sara Groves thrown in, this lady has all of the chops. Add that to a heart for God that is even bigger than the state she comes from and a truly humble spirit and you've got a real winning combination.

Rachel has a heart for God and brings so many to Him through her music ministry. I am so thankful God called her to this ministry because we all need the authentic communication that Rachel gives us so gently in her music.
If you get a chance to attend one her concerts, you will understand why so many people fall in love with Rachel. Listen to her songs, close your eyes and let the words speak to you while one of God’s gifted children shares her music ministry with you. If you can get to a concert, this is truly an absolute rush. Her blend of musical talent, writing and genuine approach to her ministry is such a blessing. Pray for Rachel and her family to be enriched and blessed beyond measure so we can also be enriched by her music.
Each of her albums have touched my heart so deeply. Rachel is truly one of the most talented artists we have today. She is a Christian who makes great music.
Rachel’s gentle vocal tones are extremely pleasant to the ear. Her vocal ability is matched only by her writing ability. Her lyrics capture the spiritual struggles of every believer – so her music has a quality of reality that resonates with me.
