Prayers and Condolences for Michael Sweet and His Family

It is with great sadness that I have to announce that Stryper's Michael Sweet has lost his beautiful wife Kyle Rae Sweet to cancer. Kyle was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer in February 2007. She left this life to go home to Jesus at 8:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, March 5, 2009.Kyle's life was dedicated to caring for her husband and home-schooling their two children, Mikey and Ellena. Her heart's desire was for their children to attend college. To best honor Kyle's work as a home-school mom there has been a fund set up called The Sweet Children's College Fund.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations to this fund be made.

I am so sorry for you and your family. You all are in my prayers. Her legacy will live on through her children. God Bless you all, she is in heaven and still watching over all of you. Keep your eyes on him and he will get you through this difficult time.

I am so sorry to hear about your wife. I had no idea. To have just lost her in March, I cannot believe I am going to a Stryper concert in September. You are a very strong person. I look forward to the concert and you are in my thoughts and prayers.
