Love Your Neighbor

By May 10, 2013

Follow me on:

Brandon HeathIn Matthew 22, Jesus said that we should love our neighbor as we love ourselves.  For Brandon Heath and Jason Ingram, that means more than warm and fuzzy feelings; it means making a difference.Every year they gather some of their friends from the Nashville Christian music community to hold a concert that raises money and gets volunteers for a specific area/need in Nashville.

This year, on Tuesday May 28th, they will hold the 6th annual "Love Your Neighbor" concert at Fellowship Bible Church in Brentwood, Tennessee. The proceeds from the free-with-donation show will go toward New Hope Academy, a privately-funded pre-Kindergarten thru sixth grade school in Franklin, Tennessee, which serves low-income families by offering free tuition for its classical education.

If you're in the Nashville area, go listen to a great night of music from Brandon Heath, James Ingram, Mandisa and tobyMac, make a difference and love your neighbor.
