RIAA Platinum band Casting Crowns played for a sold-out crowd this weekend at Disney Worlds annual Night of Joy two-day concert event held in the Magic Kingdom theme park. Backstage Mark Hall, lead singer of Casting Crowns met up with Steven Curtis Chapman and Disneys most popular residents before the show. Both Casting Crowns and Chapman performed at Night of Joy.

Casting Crowns, the Atlanta based band led by youth pastor Mark Hall, currently has the No.1 album on Soundscans Top Christian and Combined album charts with its sophomore project, Lifesong securing first-week sales numbers of 71,472, enough to lift the project into the No. 9 spot on Billboards Top 200 album chart. This marks the highest first-week sales for a Christian act since Nov. 2003.
