Toccoa 2003 was a blast. The weather was hot, but after tons of rain in Georgia, we were blessed with the sunshine. The people were wonderful and the music was absolutely awesome. I got to talk with several of the bands, which was a definite treat. These folks were really down to earth and centered in their faith. I was blessed to be able to speak with them. I met some of the members of NewSong, Detour 180, the new band from New Zealand, Todd Agnew, Royal Ruckus, One Way, Jubal's Kin, Two Bare Feet and Mizzie. I missed getting to see MercyMe, Ginny Owens and Tait, but I was asked to go to another festival in central Georgia, so it worked out well anyway.
