The official Top 10 Christian songs Chart is compiled by your Guide by checking and averaging Christian charts from all over the U.S. This week we find 4HIM debuting their newest release.
The second release off of the "Adoration" CD has moved to the number one spot, dethroning Darlene Zschech after only one week.
From the debut album by Casting Crowns, Beach Street Records' flagship band, this song will be a winner long after it has left the top 10, which doesn't look like it will be anytime soon.
Going from the number seven spot to the number three spot, this song, which is both moving and full of passion, is off of the CD "Stories and Songs".
After debuting at number four, this song, off of the CD "Kiss of Heaven", did nothing but climb. This week it drops from number one back to where it all began.
After debuting two weeks ago at number five, "Savior", off the CD "Collide", has fluctuated a little but hasn't gone far. All of the songs on "Collide" are more rock/metal and less industrial/rock.
Moving down from number five last week, this song speaks of the kind of faith we all should strive for.
You may remember seeing "Will You", from the CD "Payable On Death", in the Top 10 about a month ago,when it debuted at number nine. We liked it so much that we brought it back!
This song, debuting this week at number eight, is from the CD "Visible". I would tell you what I think of the song, but this is one that I haven't heard and I couldn't hear the sound clip well enough to form an opinion ... but I like 4Him, so I'm betting this song is great, as usual.
"Show You Love" debuted has been with us for three weeks now, and has moved from number seven to number nine. From the CD
Who We Are Instead, this song is a return of the old Jars of Clay that we know and love.
Much like POD, Big Daddy Weave was with us about a month ago for a week. We'll see if it stays longer this time. Since it's a great song, it should.
