I had the good fortune to slip my new copy of Randall Goodgame's 'War and Peace' into the car's CD player and delicious and delightful songs filled the car and my mind with irrational joy, the best kind.

At the core of Rebecca St. James, lies a worshiper. 'I Will Praise You' graciously shares those moments of time alone with God with us, the listeners.

If you are expecting this release to be perky and upbeat, without even a hint of a dark moment, you're in for a surprise. In the past six years Rebecca St. James has lived ... and life, even Christian life, has rough spots.

They call this "the best of ..." for a good reason. Classic Rebecca meets new material and the result gets an A+.

Canada's own Red Umbrella has hit the U.S. with their debut release, 'Wishing For Boardwalk.' This isn't the everyday stuff here. The music is different enough that it is pretty hard to categorize and it really grows on you the more you listen to it.

Rend Collective Experiment's "Homemade Worship By Handmade People" shows us without any doubt that this talented group is no one-hit wonder.

First discovered on "American Idol", RJ deserves the attention he got as a finalist. This youth-oriented CD showcases both his talent and his message well.

For a debut album, Road to Rome's music is surprisingly well done. The lyrics are all Christ centered, the music is quite talented and easy to listen to and the mix is on the money. The guys from Road to Rome are on to something good!

Jolene Downs, from our Country music site, says that fans will find a mix of powerful, reverent and upbeat that will soothe their soul while they enjoy the message the music brings.

Run Kid Run has grown and matured over the past five years and "Patterns" shows us just how far they've come.

Easy to like, easy to sing along with and showing great potential, Rush of Fools has what it takes to go far. I have high hopes that this group of talented, young musicians will grow into a strong presence in the Christian Music field. We definitely need more young leaders like these guys.

The bottom line on Wonder of the World is that while Rush of Fools may not have re-invented the term "Modern Worship" here, they do have quite a bit to offer on their sophomore release. This young band grows with every passing year and every show that they do. I look forward to hearing what they come up with next.
