Guide Review - Roads To Rome - 'Love Rain Down'
Roads To Rome may be a relatively new band, but the members that comprise it are hardly new to the music game. The experience that they've all gained through other projects definitely comes through on their debut release. These guys are polished in a way that you don't usually see with newer bands.
Stand-out tracks on Love Rain Down include:
- "Dying to Know You" - How much does Jesus love you?
- "Darkened skies, arms opened wide, there's nothing I won't do. Cry every tear, feel every fear, I'm dying to know you."
- "Loves Cry" - If Jesus were to speak to you, this is what He might well say...
- "With all my heart, I miss you. Take my life, I want you to hear my loves cry. I never left your side, all this time."
- "Love Rain Down" - You've heard the saying, "When you get to the end of your rope, just tie a knot and hang on" ... This is the song that perfectly describes that moment. It's a song that I gave to someone who is suffering a great deal after a death in the family.
- "Everybody has a point, they can't take it anymore. I have reached my shore ... love rain down."
