On The Spiritual Tip

I want to tell you about restoration. God seems to restore all who are broken. Have you ever been in a situation where you put your foot in your mouth at the wrong time, in front of people you look up to? It's horrible. You feel like you just want to curl up into a ball and die. You're trying to impress the boss, but the words come out all wrong. Or you're trying to impress parents, teachers, pastors or even your friends, but as Gloria Estefan once sang, "The words get in the way." These are the moments of your life when you're ready to beat yourself up. And the devil loves it; he wants to see you hate and berate yourself. But hear this: God is ready to restore you even after you screwed up. Pray that God lifts the sadness, guilt and pain away from you whenever you feel broken, and watch out, because He will. God is a God of restoration.
