Day 10 in the 25 Days of Christmas brings a reminder that the Lord is a refuge in times of trouble and the economic crisis we're facing certainly qualifies as a time of trouble.

- Tonight is the night that our three neighborhood churches get together and celebrate Christmas with a huge potluck meal followed by caroling. This year I'm going to make one of my family's favorite Scandinavian dishes - Prune-Stuffed Pork Tenderloin. It is easy to make and quite delicious.
