Countdown to Christmas 2012 - Day 14

Gingerbread houses and German goodies are the plan for the 14th day in the countdown.

Add some holiday cheer to your day with the Countdown to Christmas. Each day features a Christmas carol, gift ideas, a Bible verse and devotional, a recipe to try and the holiday TV schedule for the day. There are even extra goodies thrown in here and there!

Christmas memory that stands out the most - One Christmas eve, as I drove home to Northern Michigan in a driving snowstorm, my imagination was captured by what it might have been like for the shepherds on the night Jesus was born. As I battled my way north through the snow drifts forming on I-75, the song "Glory to God" was born; a song written from the perspective of one of those shepherds who witnessed that holy night and how that night changed his life forever.
