Merry Christmas!
Bible Verse of the Day
- Psalm 139:23-24 (Darby Translation)
23Search me, O God, and know my heart; prove me, and know my thoughts;
24And see if there be any grievous way in me; and lead me in the way everlasting.
We can put on masks and fool every single person around us. But there isn't a mask ever made that can fool God. He can see our hearts and our most secret thoughts. Today, ask God to look into your heart and see if there is anything in there that needs to go. It's not like He will be surprised by anything He finds ... and you'll feel better for asking him.

Recipe of the Day
- Dinner tonight will need to be quick since it's Wednesday and we have lots to do. Breakfast for dinner is something I try to do once every month or so. Tonight I'm going to add a little flair to the meal by serving Piperade (Omelette with Peppers and Ham), courtesy of our Guide to French Cuisine, Debra Fioritto Weber. Get the recipe.
