Ken Guin (D-Carbon Hill), House Majority Leader, and Seth Hammet (D-Andalusia), Speaker of the Alabama House of Representatives, have prefiled a bill that would authorize local boards of education to offer a course in Bible literacy as an elective in Grades 10-12 in the Alabama public school systems.
