Kingdom Bound - 2008 Line-Up

In 1986 booking agent Fred Caserta and Mike Caputy, a local musician, began to meet with area Pastors to discuss how to use Contemporary Christian music to spread the Gospel. A concert featuring Sheila Walsh, Russ Taff and Mylon LeFevre was the end result of these meetings. Kevin Ketcham, Special Events Coordinator for Darien Lake Theme Park, attended one of the meetings and suggested a Christian music day in the park. Kingdom Bound was born and saw 6,000 people attend the first event in October, 1987.

The annual festival has grown a great deal in the 20+ years since that original show. Now over 60,000 people come to the four day event.

Kingdom Bound - 2008 - will be filled with tons of great music by popular artists (as it always is).
