Duncan - I probably will. I went and saw the movie and loved it. I think that Mel Gibson is a great actor and fellow countryman, and I think that he's turned into an incredible film maker and producer. I saw the movie and obviously horrific ... not that I'd take my children to it, but probably very accurate as to how it really was. It really brought it home to me. It really made those last hours of Christ's life real to me. I read that it's already sold 2.4 million copies. I think it will be one of those movies that people will want to have and watch over and over because it's very sobering. For me, it was like "He did that for me?". It really brought all of that home. It's like, "Oh my gosh, He really loves me that much?". It really brought it to the forefront, in my face. As horrific as it was, it had a powerful effect on me personally and I think it was that way for other people too. Not just Christians, but non-Christians. I think all of the negative publicity before the movie ended up helping it. The argument that it was anti-sematic was just ridiculous. I just think it was a lot of people trying to stir the pot and I think in doing that, they actually helped promote the movie. I think it ended up being a good thing in the end. I really loved that there wasn't that much dialog. I loved the subtitles. It made it seem more authentic. It was a beautiful language to listen to. You know, it could have gone Hollywood. I give full kudos to Mel Gibson for keeping it real, for keeping it as real as he believed it was. Even to the point of speaking the language of the day. I think it was a great film maker making a great film. It's a winner.
Guide - You guys are heading to Florida for Rock the Universe again, but it looks like Hurricane Frances is going to beat you to it.
Duncan - That's right. It looks like even Tennessee is going to get some of that rain too. By that time it will just dump a bunch of rain on us. But Rock the Universe should be ok, right?
Guide - I sure hope so.
Duncan - By then the storm will be passed though, and the damage, hopefully fixed. Those people in Florida have been hit so hard. Oh my goodness.
Guide - You guys will be sharing the stage that night with MercyMe, Paul Colman, Relient K, KJ-52, John Reuben, Building 429, Barlow Girl, Chris Tomlin, Paul Clark and Mission Road and Seven Places. Who are you looking forward to hearing most?
Duncan - Oh gosh, I've probably heard them all. I really like Paul Colman. He's actually a good friend of ours. He's from Australia. It's always a pleasure to see Paul. I haven't heard Barlow Girl. I would like to see them. Don't know the MercyMe guys that well, but I love their stuff. I really like John Reuben. He's really talented. I haven't heard Building 429, so I'll be interested in seeing them. All of the other performers are great. It's going to be a lot of fun down there. We love going. They always treat us really well.
Guide - Well Duncan, it's been great, as always, talking to you.
Duncan - It's been awesome.
Guide - Take care, and God bless. You guys have a wonderful time at Rock the Universe and I'll talk to you again soon.
Duncan - You take care too Kim.
