For Mother's Day, 2008, Don shared the earliest memory of his mom. He remembered, "The thing I remember most clearly about my mom was her reading to me every night until I started school and learned to read for myself."
Traveling the world to perform music and do ministry while being a husband and father was a juggling act that Don decided end for a time. "When my son reached age 14, I accepted a job offer as the worship pastor at a large church so I could be home."
Now that his son is older, Don and his wife Wendy, also a recording artist as well as a graphic artist, spend their time working with their Rocky Mountain Ministries with their friends Mike Banta and Annie Brooks.
