- Q. What is the biggest thing that God has done in your life in 2007?
- A. Christina: I can't say that there is a biggest thing that God has done for me this year. From the lines of the well known song, "Count your blessings, name them one by one...And it will surprise you what the Lord has done!!" I have a billion things to mention with gratitude, about what the Lord has done for me...and it sure surprises me to look back and see how specially, He has taken care of me, every moment. Releasing my U.S. debut album, Surrender is one of the big things God did for me in the year 2007.
Spiritually, I am having the passion to dive deep into His Word and Worship Him like never before and that's a big thing that God has done for me along those lines, giving me the grace to be passionate about Him. My husband, daughter and myself are alive and well today and I think that's the biggest thing God can ever do for me and the list goes on and on as I start counting my blessings...Gosh, where will I be without Him!!!
- Q. What is the hardest lesson that God has taught you in 2007?
- A. Christina: Patience. The Bible says that patience is a virtue. It sure is. In some areas, I struggled with impatience and always had the disappointment to accompany it. I had questions on my mind like, "I did everything right and why do I not see results right away?" That led to disappointments. But God taught me how to be submissive and obedient to His plan that He has for me. I learned that while God takes me through His plan, I have to just trust in Him and patiently wait on Him. That way I do not get disappointed and I am SO sure that God will give me the BEST!! God takes His time with you and me!!
- Q. What are your New Year's Resolutions for 2008?
- A. Christina: First, I need God's help to keep up the New Year's resolutions!! :o)
- Pray everyday from 5 to 7 in the morning.
- To work on more creative songwriting and composing.
