Thanksgiving - What Christian Artists are Most Thankful For

I've had quite a transitional year with both of my siblings and my family all moving to new homes. Also my in-laws moved to another city. My wife and I have a new son as of August 26th and my mother just retired from her job of over 30 years. With so much change it's really all been good. Change really is the only constant in life and sometimes it can be very difficult, but I'm thankful my family has been able to make so many changes this year and they are all for the better!

Manwell: I’m most thankful that people still like our music. And I’m thankful for grace...wow am I thankful for that!

Pablo: Inevitably my family, but foremost that God has been faithful with me and my dreams!

Blanca: I’m really thankful that God has kept me and my family alive and well. It’s so hard when you’re on the road not to worry about your family back home, but God has been so faithful and has allowed us to continue living out this life.

I'm mostly grateful for the things that most take for granted: having the ability to smell, feel, hear, taste, walk and to have my right mind. I'm also extremely grateful that God's mercy and grace has given my wife and children a good life. They wake up every morning healthy and strong. I'm grateful for the career, the ministry and things like that as well, but none of them can compare to being healthy and seeing my family well taken care of.

Caroline: This year I am taking American History in school. Learning about how many people have fought for our freedom and our right to vote, and watching the presidential election process makes me proud and thankful to be an American. But I am also incredibly thankful that I have the opportunity to do what I love to do every day: sing and dance and help spread God's name.

Carolyne: I am most thankful for my family, friends, and for the Bible to lead me through my everyday life!

Jordan: I'm most thankful for great family and friends.

I am most thankful this year for the many roles that God allows me to have. There are many, but I'll pick my favorite three. First, is being a husband to my beautiful bride, Malerie. Truly, it's beyond words to describe how incredibly blessed I feel to have her as my helpmate. Secondly, I'm grateful to be the son of four great parents, and thus a part of two wonderful families. And third is the role of being one of the Fools in ROF. We have a high calling from God to proclaim the gospel with our music. We seek to do that in our songs with a hope of producing sound doctrine, systematic theology and a biblical worldview in the places God sends our ministry.

I am so thankful to the Lord for continually giving me the opportunity to play music that glorifies him. I'm so thankful to be able to have the platform of playing music and sharing the gospel through musical worship. But MOST of all, I'm thankful to have a brand new bride!! (I never had a previous one, I just got married, you get the idea!) I was able to marry my longtime high school sweetheart, Michelle, in July, and it's a fulfilling concept to know that we get to have "our first" Thanksgiving of many this year!

First and foremost I am most thankful that we have and serve an awesome GOD who is so faithful and merciful! We owe him everything we have because he spares us each and every day with his grace and mercy. I am thankful he allowed me to see another day. I'm thankful for my family; with their help I stay humble and grounded. I am thankful for the ups, downs, highs and lows, because without them I wouldn't appreciate what life truly has in store for me. And lastly, I'm most thankful for the peace that GOD gives me each day. All I need to do is stay focused on him and his word and all my worries, doubts, and concerns never seem to exist.
