11. "Revelation" - Third Day
"Revelation," which we first saw last December, is the title track and second radio single off of the 2008 album, Revelation. This one rocked all the way to the top! Brad Avery may be missing, but the classic Third Day sound sure isn't.
12. "God In Me" - Mary Mary f/ Kierra 'Kiki' Sheard
"God In Me" combines the Campbell sisters with Kiki Sheard to deliver an urban flavored jam that will have you dancing in your chair!
13. "More Beautiful You" - Jonny Diaz
Our #13 song is a reminder to ladies everywhere that God made each and every one of us for a purpose and even when the world doesn't "see" your beauty, the Lord does.
14. "Hero" - Skillet
"Hero," which is good on the album and great live and in person, is one of those tunes that reaches out, snatches you up, shakes you around a bit and just refuses to let go.
15. "Wait and See" - Brandon Heath
"Wait and See," which comes in at #15, is the second radio release off of 2008's What If We. The first single was the #8 song for 2008.
16. "Take Me As I Am" - FM Static
"Take Me As I Am" is from the April 7th release, Dear Diary. Showing a slower, softer side of FM Static, this song is as heartfelt a ballad as any you heard all year.
17. "Give Me Your Eyes" - Brandon Heath
I've been doing this a long time (almost seven years now) and this is the first time I've seen a song be this popular. "Give Me Your Eyes," this year's #17, was also the #8 song for 2008! Both tunes are off of Brandon's 2008 release, What If We. A soft melody carries a big stick on this tune.
18. "Justified" - Smokie Norful
"Justified" came to us from Live, Smokie's latest release. Pastor Norful takes listeners to church by starting the tune off with a mini-sermon and from there ... it's on!
19. "Peace and Favor Rest on Us" - Kurt Carr & The Kurt Carr Singers
"Peace and Favor Rest on Us" came to us from the two disc set, Just The Beginning. Kurt really goes back to his roots on this one and in a word, it's infectious.
