The official Weekly Top 10 Christian Music Hits Chart is compiled by your Guide by checking and averaging Christian charts and top play lists from all over the U.S. such as Billboard and Air 1.
This week tobyMac and Jonny Diaz are sitting on top with Sidewalk Prophets and Red bringing new music to the chart.
1. "City On Our Knees" - tobyMac
"City On Our Knees," which debuted three weeks ago, is from his upcoming album (February, 2010) and it sold more than 17,000 units the first week it was available for download.
2. "More Beautiful You" - Jonny Diaz
This song, which debuted 13 weeks ago, is a reminder to ladies everywhere that God made each and every one of us for a purpose and even when the world doesn't "see" your beauty, the Lord does.
3. "Revelation Song" - Phillips, Craig & Dean
"Revelation Song," which debuted 16 weeks ago, is off of the new release, fearless. A tribute to the greatness of Jesus, this song is a huge hit at radio and sits in the top five on three different charts.
4. "Lead Me To The Cross" - Chris And Conrad
In week number four, the pop duo's version of the Hillsong United song is the lead single from their self-titled debut.
5. "Praise Him In Advance" - Marvin Sapp
"Praise Him In Advance," which debuted back in May, is another hit single from Thirsty. The inspiring, worship filled tune is a true jewel.
6. "The Words I Would Say" - Sidewalk Prophets
Debuting this week, "The Words I Would Say" makes you really think about what you would say to a friend in a late-night letter when being your most open and honest. Would you speak life or would you let hidden nastiness fly knowing that the letter would never be read?
7. "God In Me" - Mary Mary f/ Kierra 'Kiki' Sheard
"God In Me" combines the Campbell sisters with Kiki Sheard to deliver an urban flavored jam that will have you dancing in your chair!
8. "From the Inside Out" - Seventh Day Slumber
In week number two, this song comes from their first full-length worship album, Take Everything. Originally done by Hillsong, Seventh Day Slumber adds a rock flavor that really, really works.
9. "Mystery of You" - Red
Our other newcomer that debuts this week is the third radio single from Innocence & Instinct. Starting strong and ending even stronger, this power ballad gives notice that there is someone (Jesus) who can solve all of our internal battles.
10. "Close To You" - BeBe & CeCe Winans
In week three on the Top 10 Chart, "Close To You" is the first single from the new album, Still. This one will stir you to your core.
