iShine ... The I stands for Identity, because iShine Live is all about teaching kids to find their Identity in Christ, as children of God.

The iShine Live event originally kicked off in October 2008 with a star-studded cast that includes Luke Benward from "How to Eat Fried Worms" and Disney Channel’s "Minutemen" as host. Music was provided by 15 year-old Robert Pierre and tween girls trio The Rubyz. Interactive Jelly Telly characters that were created specifically for iShine by Veggie Tale’s creator Phil Vischered appeared, as did speaker Paige Armstrong and backstage personality "JP" (aka Jacquelyn Pierre). Other entertainment was a DJ, dancers and even live video.

For the 2009 tour season, iShine is back with new faces and new music. Jasmine, Mission Six, The Rubyz, Logan Charles, Jamie-Grace, Paige Armstrong and special guest performer Luke Benward all are gracing the stage this spring/summer.

This year, iShine is also partnering with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, World Vision and American Heritage Girls. They are also allowing tweens to attend the spring 2009 tour free of charge.
