Bryce Avary, the face/voice behind The Rocket Summer, started out as as a 16-year-old who released an indie EP. Since then, he's performed at the White House and toured around the world, selling out venues in the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and Japan.
His sophomore release on Island Records, Of Men and Angels (Compare Prices), has shown the music world that he's not slowing down a bit. In fact, the honest and truly excellent album shows his talent (he wrote every song and recorded every instrument) as well as his faith, which he called " the biggest thing in my life" and "the root of everything I do."
This summer, The Rocket Summer will be on stages all over the U.S., Canada and the U.K. You can catch Bryce on tour with The Goo Goo Dolls through May 14th, on solo dates through June 6th and on The Vans Warped Tour through August 15th.
