Southern Gospel trio, Hope’s Call, was recently in the studio working on arrangements for the group’s first ever a cappella project. The new project will be called Beyond the Music: An A Cappella Collection.

Donna Beauvais of Hope’s Call shares, “This has been a wonderful experience – working on an all a cappella project. We have always included a cappella music in our ministry. So many times people will come to the product table and ask for an a cappella CD. When we say we don't have one the response is ‘Well, you better do one!’ So, we surely are, and we are excited!”

The new project is being produced by Kevin Ward as well as group members Donna Beauvais, Eddie Harrison, and Jessica Harrison. All of the songs have been arranged by the popular studio musician Jason Webb, as well Kevin Ward and the members of Hope's Call.

The song will be a collection of classics, hymns, praise and worship favorites, and some new songs as well. “We are really thrilled to be recording some of our favorite classic songs like ‘How Great Thou Art,’ ‘Beulah Land,’ and that fun bluegrass tune, ‘Walking in Jerusalem...Just like John!’,” commented Donna. “Kevin Ward and Jason Webb worked with us on arrangements and those guys are absolutely amazing!”

The new album will hit stores on July 19, 2005 and will be distributed to Christian bookstores all across the United States through New Day Distribution.

Hope’s Call will be performering at the 6th Annual Gospel Music Fan Festival held every summer in Middle Tennessee on July 29, 2005.

Hope’s Call is a family-based ministry. Members include Donna Beauvais, her daughter Jessica, and Jessica’s husband, Eddie Harrison. The group’s last four singles (“Keep On Keepin’ On”, “Halfway”, “One Day I Will”, and “You Are Loved”) from the album Bright New Day have all been hits on the charts.
