- What is the most important thing that God taught you this year?
That I am expendable! That somehow the Kingdom still advances even when I am taking time out! I think beginning to see things with an eternal telescope gives both our successes and struggles more accurate perspective.
- What is your number one New Years resolution for 2006?
To hear God more clearly. I think we often struggle to hear God in the midst of our 24 hr media culture, hardwired to our iPODs, and addicted to the TV. When we don't hear his call clearly, we end up covering all the bases, doing all the good things we could possibly do, and burning out. Could I do one thing well, rather than ten mediocrely???
