Christian Music Festivals Held in June

Summertime is coming! That time when the kids will be out of school and families all over America will be planning vacations. In June 2012 there will be six major Christian Music Festivals covering Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, California and Pennsylvania. So if Christian music is your passion, there are plenty of opportunities for fun and fellowship coming in June.

Atlanta Fest - Stone Mountain, Georgia - June 14-16, 2012

For 26 years, Atlanta Fest has mixed together Stone Mountain Park rides, G-Force eXtreme Games, music, seminars, Bible studies, talent search and Christian karaoke.

Big Ticket Festival - Ionia, Michigan - June 14-16, 2012

Since 2005, music and extreme sports meet ministry and prayer at the Big Ticket Festival. Allegan County Fairgrounds, the home of the 2012 festival, features a park-like setting, with over twice the camping as 2011.

Ichthus has come a long way since the first festival in 1970. 2012 will feature 6 stages and over 120 bands and artists, as well as 20 speakers. There will also be a skate park, a kid's zone, a youth-leader tent and a parent tent.

  • June 2, 2012 - JFest - Since 1999, Partners for Christian Media has put on JFest in the Chattanooga area. This year, ticket prices are still only $10-$15.

North Carolina (Charlotte)

  • June 16, 2012 - Rock The Park - Your combination festival and themepark ticket includes admission to Carowinds and all of the performances for $37-$45. Ride The Carolina Cobra roller coaster and then listen to music from bands like Third Day, Jeremy Camp, RED, KJ-52 and more.
